I’ve been studying my Pulk Book and now I’m in the process of designing and building a Pulk Sled to carry some gear for an overnight winter hike up to Carter Notch Hut next weekend. They’re relatively easy and cheap to make using a kid’s plastic boggan sled and are able to hold a lot of winter gear, we’ll be able to toss in our sleeping bags, snowshoes and supplies. The Pulk also doubles as a winter buggy for the kids and they're looking forward to getting a test run in it this weekend. Now I must get back to making my duct tape wallet
