Who needs some motivation to step out in this blustery cold for a run? “I do”
Over the past weekend the famous twilight race “SaintéLyon” was held in France. SaintéLyon is a 69-kilometer race that starts at midnight the course goes between Saint Etienne and Lyon. Darkness, cold, snow, mountains sounds like my cup of tea wonder if we have something similar here in the Northeast, if not I may just have to start my own tradition.
