Two Spin sessions
A run everyday with one interval workout and today I did hill repeats in Boston Beacon Hills monitored by my Garmin Forerunner
Core body workout
Upper strength training
Rest tomorrow
Sunrise Long Run 15-20 miles with a mix of trails/roads
